How connecting works
Start from Get started, pick your nonprofit, and enter your myshopify domain. Approve the app on Shopify's side and your orders start counting - refunds included, so your total always reflects what actually sold.
The cart widget
Choose the customer-pays mode and your storefront gets a small prompt naming your nonprofit. Shoppers can round their order up to the exact next dollar or add $1, $5, or $10, and the donation rides in the cart as a line item they can see.
You turn it on once, in your theme editor, with no code. Turn it off the same way.
Common questions
Does it touch my theme code?
No. The widget ships as an app embed. You flip it on in the theme editor and remove it the same way, with your theme untouched.
Which payment gateways does it work with?
All of them. We count paid orders from Shopify itself, so it does not matter how the customer paid.
What do my customers see on the pledge?
Nothing new. The pledge is your donation, figured from your own orders. The storefront only changes if you choose the customer-pays mode.
What about refunds?
Refund an order and its donation is reversed automatically.
