How connecting works
Start from Get started, pick your nonprofit, and approve the connection on Stripe. Your charges start reporting in automatically, refunds are subtracted for you, and your dashboard keeps the running total. Once a month, one statement; you pay your nonprofit directly.
The Donation product
Choose the customer-pays mode and the donation becomes a product of your own: you create a Donation product in your Stripe dashboard with $1, $5, and $10 prices and offer it as a cross-sell at checkout. Paste its link in Settings and we recognize those purchases and count them toward your nonprofit.
The setup guide on your dashboard walks through it step by step.
Common questions
Which payments count?
Successful charges through your connected Stripe account. Refund one and its donation comes back off the total.
Will this touch my payouts or fees?
No. We read your payment activity. We never hold funds, change your payout schedule, or add processing fees.
Why is the customer ask a product?
Stripe checkouts do not support round-up prompts, so the customer side is a fixed $1, $5, or $10 donation product in your own account. The pledge, where you give the round-up, works on every charge.
Can I run both modes at once?
One at a time, and switching is a click in Settings.
